Thomas has spent his entire career defending good people in tough situations. He is passionate about serving his clients and formulating unique solutions to a wide array of litigation issues.

Thomas has extensive experience in defending claims of catastrophic personal injury, including automobile negligence and premises liability, along with construction and design defects. He also defends carriers in first party claims, coverage disputes, and extra-contractual matters.

Thomas works with individuals, corporations, and insurers through all phases of the litigation process, from pre-suit investigations and scene inspections to all appellate processes. His practice covers both Kansas and Missouri in state, appellate, and federal courts.
