Robert A. Mintz is a Shareholder and Director of the Firm since 1996, and has practiced with Wallace Saunders since 1990. His primary practice focus is in civil litigation in the areas of professional liability, medical and nursing negligence, product liability and other professional liability, and commercial litigation. Mr. Mintz has extensive trial and appellate experience throughout the State Courts of Kansas and Missouri and the Federal District Court of Kansas, and Western District Court of Missouri. Mr. Mintz has represented a number of hospitals and individual health care providers in connection with claims relating to professional liability and licensing and other regulatory matters. Mr. Mintz also has extensive experience in connection with product liability claims, including elevator and other conveyance-related equipment.
