Mark W. McKinzie is a Shareholder and Director of the Firm, and he has practiced with Wallace Saunders since 1981. He was elected the Firm’s first Managing Director. He is Chairman of the Firm's Business Practice Group, and has been a member since its inception. His practice includes business and commercial law with an emphasis on real estate, probate, estate planning, trusts and estates, business organizations, debtor/creditor law, and business representation. He is also actively involved in several civic and professional organizations, including his tenure as Chairman for the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce. Mr. McKinzie has enjoyed Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory's highest "AV" rating for lawyers for over 10 years.
