Mark W. McKinzie is a Shareholder and Director of the Firm, and he has practiced with Wallace Saunders since 1981. He was elected the Firm’s first Managing Director. He has been a member of the Business Practice Group since its inception and his practice includes business and commercial law with an emphasis on real estate, probate, estate planning, trusts and estates, business organizations, debtor/creditor law, and business representation.
