Jonathan W. Davis is a Shareholder and Director of the Firm and his practice focuses on all aspects of professional
negligence defense – from the initial risk management planning with clients to his advocacy after claims have been made.
Jon’s advocacy spans a number of areas including; Architects, Engineers, Oral Surgeons, Dentists, Doctors, Hospitals, and Realtors.
He has litigated a broad range of state and federal cases including wrongful death, design defect, medical/dental malpractice, fraud and misrepresentations. Jon has broad experience working with and defending a wide spectrum of clients including Fortune 500 companies, regional medical providers, internationally known architecture firms, and individual clients.
Jon has successfully tried cases in multiple jurisdictions, including Kansas and Missouri. He has litigated on behalf of his clients in a variety of jurisdictions throughout all of Kansas and Missouri, and provides seminars on how professionals can lower their risk.
Jon is a member of many local, state, and national bar associations including the American Bar Association. During law school he was awarded the Walter Hierstiener Outstanding Service Award by the law school faculty.
