John M. Ross has been with Wallace Saunders since 1992. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from The University of Kansas School of Law in 1992. He earned his undergraduate degree, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, from The University of Kansas in 1989. Mr. Ross was elected Shareholder and Director of the Firm in 1997. He is Chairman of the First Party Insurance/Insurance Coverage Practice Group and Co-Chairman of the Trucking/Transportation Practice Group. His practice concentrates in the areas of general civil litigation, trucking litigation, commercial litigation, and professional liability. Mr. Ross is counsel to individuals, insurers and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies in litigation matters throughout Kansas and Missouri. He represents truck insurers and self-insured trucking companies, including a Fortune 100 package delivery company. Mr. Ross also represents insurance companies in several jurisdictions in complex insurance coverage matters, including environmental coverage cases. He is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri, and has been admitted to practice pro hac vice in other jurisdictions.
