James L. MowBray joined the Firm’s Overland Park office in 1997. In 1984, he received his undergraduate degree in journalism from Washburn University. He received his law degree from Washburn University School of Law in 1991. After law school, he received a Masters Degree in Library and Information Management from Emporia State University. Mr. MowBray is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri state and federal courts, and he concentrates on appellate and motions practice, and legal research and writing.
