Derrick A. Pearce has been practicing law with Wallace Saunders since 1994. He earned his undergraduate degree in 1991 from the University of Missouri at Columbia, and his law degree in 1994 from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Law. Mr. Pearce concentrates on civil litigation, including the handling of complex personal injury claims arising out of premises liability, products liability, medical negligence, and wrongful death cases. Mr. Pearce also has experience in environmental insurance coverage litigation, construction defect cases, and first-party insurance coverage litigation.
